I haven't been successful with tiltshifting photos taken on eye-level...I make better ones when the photo was shot from top view. What do you think?

I haven't been successful with tiltshifting photos taken on eye-level...I make better ones when the photo was shot from top view. What do you think?
Wants to be: A linguist, a traveler, a photographer, a writer, a cook, a painter....but by the end of the day... will always be a mother, a wife, a believer...
