Drive to a beautiful nothingness




"This picture was taken in October 2008 on a road trip from Dallas, TX to Ruidoso, NM. It was such a long drive i have a million drive by photos of nothingness... But this is a favorite!!"

    hi! thanks for visiting my site. added this on my blog list. about the pencil shading manual, hubby and I bought it from national bookstore years ago. i was looking for the manual's other volumes the last time we went to national bookstore but didn't find any.

    i'd love to send you that manual as soon as I find one.

    This reminds me of how years ago we drove Route 66 through Oklahoma and Texas. There were sections of road that must have gone 100 miles with nary a turn or dip or twist...boring! Then one time thousands of rabbits tried to cross the road and that was a real mess.

    Anyway...silly memories. So long, long ago!
