While in the bus---A plane coming from Venice...I decided to have this blog join skywatch since most of the drive by shots also include skies...or sometimes they are also fly by...

Ambulanza

ambulance

At first look I thought there was a chase between the two boats but hubby pointed out when reviewing the photo that the yellow boat is actually an ambulance...Italians surely make good use of their waters!

Water for rice...

pond

The fruit of silence is tranquillity. (Arabian Proverb)

While in the bus, hubby fell asleep while I continue to snap my camera with sceneries from ths outside. Despite the humming of the bus engine I feel tranquil watching the rice fields, the horses running, cows grazing and small bodies of water by the roadside. It might be too much to think, but the highways of Italy reminded hubby and I of Batangas, Philippines. Simple life lived in simple means.

A sailboat somewhere in Italy

sailboat at torino

It might not be obvious but it was around 6pm, I guess the summer sun isn't tired yet. Though not completely sure, this one is somewhere near Torino, Italy on our way back from Venice. It was a longer trip back, so I had more photos taken...;-)

Hello Mr.Truck!

truck at torino

Still on our way to Venice, not only humans or landscapes are interesting, the cars, trucks and buses as well...I have a certain fascination with smaller trucks, for whatever reason I don't know...but for one, I do like Optimus Prime in transformers =D

8am biking

lignano italy at8am

On our way to Venice, hubby and I sat at the front seats of the bus (we came from Lignano, 1.5 hours travel). It was a great and fun oppurtunity to take photos as we 'drive by.'

Early birds either takes exercise or run for errands. (Notice the little flag!)
